// Founder Story

Built by someone who
lived the problem.

Zach Wright didn't build Grapevine in a WeWork. He built it after watching great teams get buried under fragmented tools, manual coordination, and invisible operational debt.

My ultimate goal is to make work better for everyone. I truly believe that starts at the foundational level — when operations are strong, everything else comes together.

The Journey

From job site to OS builder.

Started on the job site

Roofing, OR floors, making ends meet

📚

Dropped out. 3x.

Eventually found org psychology

Factory floor → boardroom

Consulting, then Strategy & Ops

🌍

9 time zones, 1 team

Led remote + hybrid at scale

The click moment

Human glue was holding it all together

Built Grapevine

Systems > people-dependent duct tape

Important work only "worked" because a few people were manually holding it together.

I went from the factory floor to the boardroom. From consulting cubicles where I was told to stop talking, to leading Strategy & Ops at a publicly traded company across 9 time zones.

And every single time, the pattern was the same:

Chasing updates across six tools.

Rebuilding narratives every Monday.

Translating between teams who speak different software.

Making sure leadership wasn't constantly surprised.

That's why I built Grapevine.

Not another project management tab. A real Agency Operating System — built for the operators and program owners responsible for aligning execution across teams. One place where tasks, strategy, client comms, and contracts actually talk to each other.

Because if your team isn't aligned, it doesn't matter how busy they are. Without direction, busyness is just disguised stagnation.

Built for

👓

The overlooked middle — operators who carry the execution risk.

🔧

The builders quietly duct-taping processes just to make things hold.

📊

The leaders who need real operational visibility, not more meetings.

This isn't theory.

It's lived experience turned into product — and I'm building it with everything I've got.
